Via radio communication Country Wide Special Events can co-ordinate all traffic movement to minimise delays and disruptions, both in the car park area and on the main road to prevent accidents and help to ensure an efficient traffic flow and car parking service for your guests. We work closely with local authorities and the police crew on the ground.

TRANSPORT LOGISTICS
Country Wide Special Events pride themselves on arranging transport logistics for a variety of events. The most challenging events to date, are Carphone Warehouse's annual ball, where our job is to move 5000 staff from their stores around the United Kingdom to a ball in central London and back again within a very close time frame! The logistics involved in this event include trains, planes and automobiles and a great challenge!
The most challenging brief to date, was to organise the transport logistics for the Americas Cup Ball which was held at Osborne House, on the Isle of Wight. Our brief was to move 3000 guests from the Island, the Mainland, from private yachts and a floating hotel, to the venue and return. Not only did this involve planes, trains and automobiles, but also a lot of boats!
Whether you are trying to move 10 people around central London, 60 people to a conference in the Midlands, or a Nationwide company to one event, our team of logistics staff can help make the movements simple and easy.
TAXI & CHAUFFEUR LIAISON SERVICES
Country Wide Special Events can co-ordinate all of your guests' Chauffeur & Taxi requirements. With our traditional podium situated by the front entrance, our receptionist can request taxis for your guests. Chauffeur Liaison is done via our ticketing system, Country Wide Special Events will arrange a central holding area for your chauffeurs and ensure that they are ready for your guests' departure.
With our high quality coaches, mini-buses and people movers we can transport any number of your guests to their destinations in comfort & style. All the vehicles that we use are up to date models, with the coaches offering TV, Video & Toilet facilities.
Our drivers all wear liveried uniforms and pride themselves on the polite, courteous service that they offer. An ideal solution for transporting a number of guests to and from an event is a mini-bus shuttle service.
To the same specifications as described above our drivers can ferry your guests to various convenient central locations at staggered time intervals.
