Our logistics team will ensure that the rsvp system is flawless and that the delegates’ replies are managed to ensure that the correct travel is provided for them, any accommodation is booked and that registration on the day runs smoothly. We arrive at the venue a day before the conference commences to pre-pack all delegate bags and to ensure a smooth check-in for the overnight delegates.
On the day of the conference the registration process is sleek and streamline. There is a travel helpline keeping your delegates updated at all times. Throughout the conference, our logistics team will be located around the venue to help delegates move around the facilities on offer to them and aid with any travel or registration queries. At the end of the conference we ensure that all delegates have received their delegate packs and are onboard the relevant coaches for a safe passage home.
