Background & Objectives
An annual request from one of our longstanding clients is to organize the logistics for their yearly conference, for up to 1,000 delegates. The aim of the conference is to motivate and communicate to the managers the incentives available to them in the run up to Christmas.
Planning and Preparation
The location and format for the Conference is different every time, keeping us on our toes. Travel and overnight accommodation has to be researched each year to find the best possible outcomes for delegates and the company budget. All delegates’ replies are managed by us to ensure that the correct travel is provided for them, any accommodation is booked and that registration on the day runs smoothly.
The Event
We arrive at the venue a day before the conference commences to pre-pack all delegate bags and to ensure a smooth check-in for the overnight delegates.
On the day of the conference the registration process is sleek and streamline. We have a travel hotline keeping us updated at all times. Throughout the conference we are located around the venue to help delegates move around the facilities on offer to them and aid with any travel or registration queries. At the end of the conference we ensure that all delegates have received their delegate packs and are onboard the relevant coaches for a safe passage home.
