The general and his troops are left to guard the castle whilst the king is away on crusade.
In order to feel protected the general likes to look from the turret of the castle and see 30 soldiers to each of the North, South, East and West sides.
Eighteen surviving soldiers return from the crusade and have to be integrated with the existing 80 men so that 30 soldiers can still be seen from every direction. A mathematical problem.
All the Kings Men is also suitable to set up and run in doors, to suit various Conference Centre venues.
